the Friday Edition - the one after the election
Well, I don’t know what to say. Actually, I do, but this isn’t a happy hour or family dinner table at a holiday.
Whether you were invested in the US election, agnostic to it, or anywhere in between, you’ve probably felt a little of the whiplash. So this week, we’re going light.
During election night, Calm bought 30-second blocks on several stations - Amazing forethought and planning - a bit gutsy, and we’re here for it.
In other fun marketing: I had recently bought this olive oil despite being a bit of an olive oil snob. If you’ve not read Extra Virginity, it’s appalling what is likely in our olive oil bottles. ((Insert link on title) However, this brand bucked several trends to make olive oil more accessible, less confusing, and apparently, just as tasty. See how their business has sky-rocketed by being deliberate about their niche and breaking out of the box (or glass bottle).

AI Tool We Love This Week
Granola AI - for those that don’t have the time or tech ability to add a notetaker to every meeting, this might be a good fit for you. I believe it’s Mac only, and we’ve just started testing it. (thankful for one of the two AI masterminds I’ve been a part of where this was shared.)
Notebook LM - as promised, here is a short video on how we are using it!
